Virtual Email Marketing Conference, 60 Leading International Speakers

Inbox Expo, a virtual email technology conference and expo held over three days kicks off on March 18th 2020, with keynote sessions filmed in front of a live audience at The Science Gallery London. The King’s College venue, an additional lecture hall and meeting rooms will play host to an email marketing micro-conference, workshops and think-tanks on the 18th and 19th of March. The proceedings streamed online to digital delegates ensuring a full conference presentation experience . The third day of conference content will be delivered by leading marketing experts from over a dozen locations worldwide. Visit here for conference video production company services in the Miami, Florida area, including streaming.

The 2020 Inbox Expo attracts senior CRM, Marketing, Deliverability and Communications Professionals and is billed as a celebration of accessibility and diversity in email. With the tone for the event set by the opening keynote titled “Email for All” from author Paul Airy, widely recognised as a lead advocate of accessibility in email.

The event is attracting over 60 leading international speakers and email experts from technology vendors, agencies as well as B2B and B2C brands.  The virtual conference includes more than streamed content with an exhibitor area, breakouts and round tables all hosted on the first all-in-one live online events platform, Hopin, ensuring delegates a fully immersive virtual conference experience.

Founder and CEO of Hopin, Johnny Boufarhat said: “We want to make sure everyone can experience the same great benefits of events — the connection you made bumping into someone in a breakout session, the potential customer you met at your booth or the awesome tip you got from a panel speaker – without having to physically attend.”

The inaugural 2020 Inbox Expo is the first time a major conference has made the promise of such a completely virtual conference and exposition experience. With over 40 speakers due to speak from a live central London stage and 20 more delivering their content from a variety of remote locations, delegates will be able to do far more than watch online streams.

Direct interaction and the ability to pose questions as might be expected in many live-streamed broadcasts also exist on the virtual conference platform. Further, the opportunity for a group video discussion, networking and video breakouts exist for visitors to the 2020 Inbox Expo Digital Edition. There are over two dozen virtual exhibitors already confirmed for the event. Online exhibitor booths enable delegates to interact with vendors in real-time, watch product demo’s and request further info with a single click. Mimicking the real-world exhibition exhibitor booth.

“There are a number of barriers to entry when it comes to attending high-quality email conferences, accessibility needs come in all forms and financial is a significant one. Not just for delegates but vendors and agencies too. With traditional exhibitions and similar events in the industry, a huge price barrier to entry exists. Taking a more egalitarian approach to our pricing means our delegates will be able to be exposed to the widest possible range of potential vendors, truly innovative startups and agencies that would normally not be in a position to afford the expensive costs associated with exhibiting at a Tier 1 International conference. Our approach ensures the event is accessible to all in terms of the financial barriers to entry; the event space is fully accessible in terms of any special physical needs or considerations. We will be working hard to make the content available in formats that are accessible. ”

The theme is reflected in the choice of venue for the London networking event, the art gallery at King’s College London booked for a 4-hour networking reception hosting business leaders at a private showing of GENDERS. GENDERS: Shaping and Breaking the Binary presents a kaleidoscopic view of gender and its relationship with science, and factors such as class, culture, race, age and sexuality.

Keynote speaker Melanie Kinney, Marketing Manager, Mightier stated: “I love that the theme is ‘celebrating diversity and accessibility’ which are two important and relevant topics in the industry right now.”
