Nissan Silvia (S16)

The Nissan Silvia S16 which was discontinued in 2002, so is one that lovers of JDM cars will want in their dream garage. However, that dream may become a reality soon as rumour has it that the S16 is set for a comeback in 2021 and said to be receiving a new generation 2.0 litre turbocharged in-line four-cylinder engine, which should deliver more than 300 bhp.

Jaguar E Type

An elegant-looking classic, refined sports car would look great in your dream garage, and the Jaguar E-Type is just the ticket. The original model from 1962 offered unrivalled performance then with a top speed of 150 miles an acceleration from 0-60 below seven seconds. Although these figures are unimpressive now, the Jaguar E-Type remains a true icon in the motor world.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG

A truly an iconic car, this luxury sports car incorporates performance, style, and comfort in equal measure. The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG car is only available in coupe or roadster versions and packs a 6.2-litre M159 V8 engine that produces a top speed of 200 miles. With typical German detailing and attention, the Mercedes SLS is one of the safest performance vehicles that have ever been built and is one for every dream garage.

Ford Mustang

A study by Gold Eagle, an automotive lubricant conglomerate surveyed 2,000 random people across America and found that the majority of people consider the Ford Mustang to be their top choice for a dream car. Interestingly, these people also identified themselves as “car experts”.

This car is a descendant of the Ford Falcon and first made an appearance in showrooms back in 1964 and has remained there ever since.

Tesla’s Model 3

In the same study mentioned above, the people who chose Tesla as their dream car also identified themselves as “not knowledgeable” about cars. However, Tesla has been reported as the premier, aspirational car brand for millennials, but not because they like the car but because the company cares about more than cars. Tesla’s appeal to millennials is due to the company’s ability to create a narrative that includes renewable energy, space exploration, self-driving vehicles, and other developments that could produce wide-ranging benefits for the human race. So, if this is something that speaks to you, or you just want something modern for the dream garage then the Model 3, which starts at $35,000 is the way to go. Early reviews from customers are positive, and while the car’s handling and acceleration appeal to owners of all ages, but it is the car’s tech features that have a particular appeal among millennials.
