Automated Payment Line (ATP) is not working – Coventry City Council

The Council is experiencing issues with the Automated Payment Line (02476 787778) which means customers are unable to use this as a method of payment at present.

We are working with third party providers to get this fixed and to divert the line to a recorded message.

In the meantime, payments can be made via www.coventry.gov.uk/payments.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
