US DOT to Look at Southwest Airways Vacation Flight Meltdown

The U.S. Division of Transportation tweeted on Monday night time that it’ll look into whether or not Southwest Airways is abiding by its customer support coverage after the Dallas-based airline cancelled nearly 3,000 flights on the day after Christmas.
The DOT is “involved by South Southwest’s unacceptable charge of cancellations and delays & stories of lack of immediate customer support,” the tweet learn.
