The fifth House Speaker vote was stalled by George Santos, a New York Representative-elect, who didn’t respond to his name being called during the period.

The New York PostAccording to reports, Santos was somewhat aloof during Wednesday’s vote. He seemed to be primarily distracted by his phone and not engaged in the voting process.
