Corporate team is appointed IP specialist by law firm
Clarke Willmott LLP, a law firm, has appointed a partner in its new specialist corporate and commercial team.
Sarah Coe has joined the firm’s Bristol office and will specialises in commercial, intellectual property and technology law.
She will also provide transactional support for the corporate team in these areas.
Coe’s work covers the full range of contractual and e-commerce issues relevant to businesses seeking to enter new markets, exploit innovation in their existing product lines or develop new technology.

“Sarah has a strong City-based private practice background as well as extensive experience delivering specialist legal and strategic advice to general counsels and management in-house.

Qualified in England and Wales and New Zealand, Sarah joins Clarke Willmott from Norton Rose Fulbright’s London office where she worked on commercial, IP and tech-based agreements and provided transactional support on large deals for their corporate teams.
She is a specialist in software, FinTech, platform developers and has knowledge of all licensing and contractual documentation required for a company’s set-up. She is also an expert in advising entrepreneurial start ups and enjoys working on tech-based educational initiatives.
Clarke Willmott has locations in Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff, London, Manchester and Southampton.
