With a background in languages and a career spanning over 26 years in the localisation industry, Bernie draws on deep experience in global client relationship management at board level, strategic selling and in complex operations management. She has played a pivotal role in transforming a translation company start-up into a global localisation company with a $100m turnover.

Bernie is currently a managing partner at Six Worldwide, a management consultancy focusing on growth strategies, as well as a passionate advocate of women’s equality in the workplace, providing support and mentorship for several women-led businesses.
