Luxome Launch Woho Brand With Clarence Hotel Purchase

Luxome, Manchester’s luxury student and young professional home provider, have completed the purchase of the Clarence Hotel in Ashton Under Lyne.

The project will be the first development under the new Woho brand, a coliving-coworking hybrid model that allows young professionals a flexible and stress free option of living and working from home.

The WoHo brand is focused on finding the correct balance for work and life, placing priority on personal wellbeing.

Demand for homes away from City Centres has increased significantly over the last year, looking for a connection with more open and green spaces.
