Moneyhub, the financial data, categorisation, and personalisation platform, has partnered with WPS Advisory (WPS), a leading independent financial advice firm, to deliver a significant upgrade to the LifeStage Money app. Built on Moneyhub’s data and insights technology, the app equips WPS clients with personalised tools and information to support confident financial decision-making.

Following the successful rollout of the LifeStage Money app, WPS sought to increase automation, improve user experience, and embed more of its advice processes directly into the platform. The latest enhancements aim to streamline adviser workflows, refine customer journeys, and strengthen overall engagement and outcomes.

Key enhancements include:

  • Integration of ‘Smart Fact Find’ to simplify the financial fact-finding process for advisers, featuring auto-population of enriched financial data from connections such as Open Banking.

  • Introduction of calendar booking tools and an improved online advice registration process.

  • Functionality for Letters of Authority to be shared with pension scheme administrators, enabling users to consent to sharing pension data with WPS within the same platform.

  • A tailored Content Hub designed to dynamically serve different user groups.

  • A full rebrand to support all brands within WPS Advisory.

These upgrades build on the app’s holistic data services, giving users an always-on, comprehensive overview of their financial position now and into the future. Through seamless integration with partner technologies including Guiide, Legado, and SmartSearch via the Moneyhub platform, the app offers a full suite of financial tools such as pension modelling, document upload features, and anti-money-laundering capabilities.

The enhancements are expected to generate meaningful efficiencies, including reduced manual processing, faster operational workflows, and a richer service offering that helps clients make informed decisions at each stage of life. WPS plans further improvements and integrations as part of its ongoing evolution of the financial advice journey.
