10 Ways to Take Better Care of Yourself

1.  Get your daily exercise

A little exercise to relieve tension can go a long way. A short morning walk gives you energy and inspiration for the day. Set the alarm earlier than normal and hit the road as this is going to help you develop healthier habits and will go toward helping you get in your daily exercise. You will find yourself feeling mentally and physically better and over time may also see the benefits through improved mood and weight loss.

2. Get Enough Sleep

This means sleeping and relaxing more. Take regular breaks with jobs, chores and even people. Every person is different, and so the amount of sleep you need is different, though generally speaking adults need a minimum of 7 hours of sleep and a maximum of 9 hours.
