While having a conversation with a friend, Geraldo got the idea of starting his own business. But he didn’t put word to action, and for a long time, he didn’t achieve anything. He eventually got the courage to start a digital marketing firm which he called Your Charisma. This name came to be because people kept telling him he had charisma, and he should use it to elevate his life.

After years of learning, struggle, fighting insecurities, setbacks, and perseverance, Your Charisma became a very successful company serving thousands of businesses, having over 500 representatives in over 35 countries worldwide. They provide inbound marketing, website design, content creation, search engine optimization, email marketing, pr, and social media marketing.

Three years later, the unthinkable happened. Geraldo Alken tried to log in to his social media accounts, but he couldn’t. As his social media channels were the heartbeat of his company, he lost 80% of his business overnight and went back to square 1. At the start of his journey Geraldo promised himself, whatever happens, he would never give up, so he continued to fight his battle by looking inward to find out if there was a passion left inside him that’s yet to manifest.

He pulled his company Your Charisma back from the shadows and simultaneously came up with a new venture called “Elevate Rope“, where he teaches people how to use a jump rope to improve their mental state and physical wellness. Geraldo Alken’s jump rope lessons are now one of the highest in demand on the internet. He has a YouTube channel with 100s of videos offering tips, tricks, and strategies for getting fitter, faster, and stronger using nothing more than a jump rope, having fun while at it.
