Bubble tea with Boba

“Tea” can be the most soothing word for many of us. People worldwide (especially the European countries and the Asia region) can’t imagine even a single day without tea. Many trends keep coming into beverages. Recently you must have heard about BOBA TEA, Bubble tea, bubble tea with boba or milk tea. It goes by many names and forms.

Let’s see what this boba is?

The word “boba” can refer to either a wide variety of chunky drinks. All beverages, including everything from iced tea with tapioca pearls (those looks like little balls) to fresh juice loaded with fruity pulp or simply black tapioca pearls themselves. In its basic form, the drink includes lots of milk, black tea, ice, and tapioca pearls, and all whisked together like a martini. It served with that popular fat straw to hold the tapioca pearls that mix at the bottom of the cup.

When we talk about boba, it usually implies that the people refer to the actual tapioca pearls in milk/bubble tea. If you are not sure of what these tapioca pearls look like, it’s these small silica balls! Although it is used often as describing the drink itself, if you’re talking very technical to get your point over, this typically is used in the means of tapioca pearls.

The tea or drinks base for boba drinks is usually black or green tea that we can customize with various syrups like strawberry, peach, and lychee (and many more). Milk is added to teas, converted the drinks to milk teas, and blends a much creamier, permissive drink. The famous “bubble tea with boba” is a black tea with creamy milk and boba.

Many people are more attracted to boba tea as it is more healthy and delicious. The taste and it has a wide variety of flavors, and we can customize it according to the drinker’s choice. These tastes are even altered from place to place. By making a few changes, we can make it healthier; for example, replace sugar with honey.

Nowadays, bubble tea is preferred almost as frequently as coffee and smoothies and admired heavily by kids, parents, youth, and celebrities. Along with the expanding demand for bubble tea and how the drink has developed since its creation, it’s also essential to consider that not every recipe maintains the same authentic flavor first discovered in Taiwan.
