Using Your Phone Too Much

However, people don’t clean their phones as much as they really should. Just because there’s no visible stains covering your screen, that doesn’t mean that there’s no bacteria or germs lingering on the surface.

Think about how often you touch your phone or bring it to your face when you’re making a call, and you’ll see why this could be an issue.
