Drink More Water

Water is a great way of flushing out your system and replenishing your cells with water. Your body needs water and it’s why it’s made up of mostly water too. With that being said, you want to try and up your intake of water on a daily basis. One or two pints of water isn’t enough and so you want to try and have several pints of water a day in order to give your body to sustenance it needs and that it gets through drinking water on a daily basis.

Some people can struggle with drinking water, saying that it’s too plain and therefore it gets boring to drink. If that’s the case and you don’t want to add artificial sugars to your drink, you could always try chopping up pieces of fruit. Strawberries are a good one, as are lemon and limes. You might also want to consider some vegetables like cucumber for example. Other liquids like soups, teas, and coffees will also help to up your water intake but be wary of drinking too much coffee as it can end up dehydrating you.

Eat More Veggies & Fruit

No one needs to go on a diet when it comes to food. It’s all about moderation and having a good balance of food that’s healthy and perhaps not-so-healthy. We’re conditioned to think that in order to lose weight or to trim down we have to go on a diet and starve our bodies or limit food intake in a drastic way.
