Hampshire Specialist Recruitment Consultants Purchase Business Finance Brokers
Specialist recruitment consultancy, On-Site Group, have purchased leading Hampshire financial services company, Crest Finance from its Directors.
In order to increase the range of business services they can offer to their clients, Portsmouth based On-Site Group have acquired Crest Finance. As recruitment specialists to the Construction, Mechanical, Electrical and Data Communications sectors, On-Site Group supply white and blue collar labour to clients throughout the UK and Europe. Following the takeover of Crest Finance to form On-Site Finance, On-Site Group will now be able to offer a full range of business finance and funding services in addition to recruitment assistance.
Formed in 2012 by Trevor Deacon, who was joined as Director by his son Ryan a year and a half later, Crest Finance supports businesses throughout the UK across the whole spectrum of business lending services, including invoice finance, asset finance and property finance. Built up from two Directors to a team of twelve, at the time of Crest’s acquisition by On-Site Group, they are the largest lender on the South Coast for business funding and a platinum partner with all lenders.
Most recently, Crest Finance has been heavily involved in helping SMEs seek financial support through the Government Coronavirus lending scheme, CBILS (Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme).
As well as using Crest’s financial services under the On-Site Finance banner, On-Site Group will also stand to benefit from the involvement of Crest Finance’s marketing team, who will generate a large amount of leads for On-Site Group through telemarketing, speaking with 25,000 businesses each month.
