Sparta Global expands into Sweden

Sparta Global introduces its innovative attract, train, deliver talent model to Sweden, offering a flexible alternative to traditional staffing methods for Nordic businesses

Sparta Global – a provider of technology training and careers for emerging talent in the UK and Ireland – has today confirmed its expansion into Europe, with the successful deployment of its first Swedish cohort.  

 

Founded in 2014 to help close the digital skills gap in the UK, Sparta Global trains graduates and emerging talent in a range of technology and business skills – covering in demand areas such as data engineering, software engineering, test, cybersecurity, DevOps and business analysis. After completing training, individuals are deployed as “Spartan” consultants on client projects.

 

Current Sparta Global clients include BUPA, Admiral, Three Mobile, Royal Bank of Scotland, the UK Government and more than 75 other private and public sector organisations in every industry sector. Sparta Global is now the talent partner of choice for global organisations across financial services, energy, health, media, technology, sport, top four consultancies and more.  

 

In October 2020, Sparta Global received significant investment from Inflexion private equity partners to meet its growth ambitions and build on opportunities to expand its client base outside of the UK. 

 

After partnering with a global software company in 2021 that has subsidiaries and offices in 26 countries across Europe, North America, the Asia-Pacific region and Africa, Sparta Global was selected to supported the delivery of business and technology “Spartan” consultants for projects in the UK, France and now, Sweden.
