The appointment of Agwu marks Bip’s commitment to grow its cyber security services in the UK. Bip CyberSec currently supports clients globally across many sectors including utilities, energy, financial services, life sciences, and telcos.

Claudio De Paoli, Bip Equity Partner and Head of Bip CyberSec, said: “We are delighted to have Agwu join the team to direct the growth of our UK cyber business. He brings with him a strong track record in enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and governance, as well as a clear view of the emerging threats to businesses and the consequences at stake if there is a breach.

Agwu said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to bring Bip CyberSec’s trusted portfolio of cyber security solutions to the UK. We will be helping global organisations, government institutions, plus high net worth individuals ensure that they are in the strongest possible position in the event of a cyberattack.
