Rising Designer Stephanie Whitmoyer Debuts Empowering Denim Line at NYFW
The inspiring denim line aims to end the era of the mean girl, with parts of proceeds donated to the Beyoutifully Foundation.
Rising fashion designer and CEO of STEFFII INC., Stephanie Whitmoyer, is set to rock the stage at New York Fashion Week this month, with the debut showcase of her inspiring denim line that aims to empower women and end the era of the mean girl.
Although STEFFII INC. started out with a mission to build the perfect jean (which Whitmoyer emphatically believes they accomplished) she wanted to use her platform to make a positive impact in the lives of young teens and women – to empower them to feel beautiful just the way they are. Whitmoyer strongly believes there is a direct correlation between fashion and self- esteem, which is why all of her pieces are designed to yield a level of self-confidence and self- empowerment. She wants those who wear the STEFFII INC. label to feel powerful no matter who they are, where they are from or what their insecurities are.
Mushrooming at lightening speed, the brand has quickly grown a cult following; celebrating authenticity, and the blending of ones personal style with a healthy mind and body. STEFFII INC.’s iconic bow designed logo, isn’t just about brand awareness, it’s about representing women who are suffering from a negative self-image and supporting adolescents who are struggling with being bullied. Whitmoyer’s goal is to end the era of the mean girl with hopes that a sisterhood will develop in it’s place. With this message in mind, STEFFII INC. will be donating 5% of every jean sale to the Beyoutifully Foundation.
Commenting on her NYFW debut, Stephanie Whitmoyer said: “I am so thrilled to finally be showcasing what I have been working on for the upcoming season. NYFW is the pinnacle event in fashion, and it’s an honour to be featured and spreading our very important message among such talented artists and designers from the industry.”
Peers of Whitmoyer regard her as an innovative trendsetter whose designs eloquently capture the true embodiment of a woman in both design and style, and CLICKMAGAZINENYC describes her as a “visionary that has been labeled as one of the most prominent up and coming influential CEO’s of our time”.
