Dae Jones takes the centre stage as she sings the national anthem in OBL- a nationwide popular basketball league

Ones Basketball Association (OBA) is a first-of-its-kind nationwide basketball league that will feature one-on-one matchups giving players a chance to win the $250K grand prize. The league will then launch their OBA Ones Weekend match-ups. The OBA’s innovative approach will focus on storytelling including social media and episodic content to capture the players as they battle their way to the finals.

Recently, the National Anthem at OBL league was performed by the talented hip-hop artist Dae Jones and was sure to set the mood in the room with her latest music. She was the first rapper to have an opportunity to sing the National anthem at a nationally broadcasted basketball game.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Dae Jones is a woman who has taken charge of her own life and turned her passions and art – and her struggles – into a career for herself. She is a rapper, singer, and self-proclaimed “mom-entrepreneur.” That’s right – not only is she raising her daughter, but she is also the owner and CEO of her company Snap N Go Hats where she sells beautiful, high-quality hats with hand-sewn hair attached.

As an artist who “came from a lot of nothing,” Dae Jones has turned herself into her “own boss,” and it shows in the work that she has done and continues to create. Dae Jones is on popular streaming platforms like Spotify where you can find her singles like “Bad Bitch,” “BAD Bytch, Pt. 2,” and “Cash App,” among others. She is also on Youtube Music and Deezer.
