TTi Global Research is pleased to announce it has retained all Gas Distribution Networks (GDNs) research contracts supporting regulatory customer research services.
The GDNs include Cadent (Formerly National Grid Gas Distribution Limited) Northern Gas Networks, SGN and Wales & West Utilities. The framework of contracts has been signed and agreed for an initial four-year term.
All GDNs are required under the terms of agreement with Ofgem to measure customer satisfaction.
