Industry veterans team up to launch training and workshops for small businesses

Former Red Eye International CEO, Garry Lee and Cunning Plan MD, James Adam have joined forces to launch The Big Brand Marketing Secrets Program to help small businesses thrive in the current climate.

The pair hope that the program, which is a mix of live interactive sessions and online courses, will give small businesses genuine insight and practical advice based on their 40 years experience of working with big brands and knowledge of running successful businesses.

The Big Brand Marketing Secrets is the first program to be offered by Lee & Adam’s new venture, Thirty Three Percent, a business the pair founded to help people make the most of their working lives (we spend a third of our lives working). Unlike professional bodies, the duo believe that their workshops and sessions will deliver on-the-job effective, relevant and up to date learning that will make a real, immediate impact on businesses and the people that run them.

Garry comments:
“This country’s economy is built on small business, people who work incredibly hard, have amazing and innovative products and services and we were keen that our first program support them, especially in the challenging time we find ourselves in right now. James adds:

Garry adds:

Garry left Red Eye, the UKs largest independent Marketing Automation business this Summer after 20 years with the business and having spent the past six years as CEO. Garry has been cited as one of the pioneers of Marketing Automation, bringing the concept to the UK back in 2001 for clients like William Hill and The AA. He’s worked with brands like Sainsburys, JD Sports, Skype and Travelodge.

James Adam is the Managing Director of North West Marketing Agency Cunning Plan and has been working on brand strategy and marketing for over 20 years. Over the years he worked with brands like JCB, The North Face, Hasbro, Savills and CBRE as well as developing brands for destinations throughout the UK.
