VoiceTrust, the German based Voice and Face Biometrics developer, announce they have now been accepted as a member of a broad consortia of research led organisations developing a user-recognition platform utilising the latest techniques in acoustics analysis and audio-visual identity verification.
This multi-million-euro project aims to deliver a user-ready authentication platform that exceeds the capabilities of current single-form biometric authentication products, by combining innovative biometric modalities.
VoiceTrust has joined the consortia to add its unrivalled skills and experience in voice biometrics to the project, thereby ensuring the consortia delivers on its promise of creating the next generation in advanced user authentication.

The SpeechXrays consortia encompasses research teams from Idemia, Forthnet, SIVECO Romania, Tech Inspire Ltd., RealEyes OU, WiLife Networks, Horia Hulubei National Institute for Physics and Nuclear Engineering, Magurele, Romania, Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH), University College London and The Institut Mines-Telecom.
