AirHelp lists the Top Airlines in the World Right Now
AirHelp, a travel website ranks the top airlines worldwide based on three metrics: on time performance, customer opinions, and claims processing.

AirHelp Score was launched in 2015 by German claims management company AirHelp. annual Ranking of the world’s most successful airlines.
These airlines are evaluated based on three criteria — on-time performance, customer opinion, and claim processing — and are scored on a 10-point scale. Each criterion accounts for a third of the final score.
The percentage of flights that arrive within the published arrival time of an airline’s flight is called ‘On-time Performance’.
The airline’s customer opinion is based on five factors: cabin crew comfort, aircraft cleanliness/cleanliness, food offering and entertainment. Each factor received a score from passengers ranging from one to five.
“Claim processing” refers to how well an airline handles claims. AirHelp used its own data to determine this criterion.
“AirHelp found that combining these three types provides a well-rounded overview of airlines’ performances throughout a year,” Tomasz Pawliszyn (CEO), told Insider in an e-mail.
AirHelp explained that it took into consideration 805 airlines around world, but only 64 of the biggest airports in terms both of passenger numbers and “popularity”. AirHelp stated that it did not include airlines for which it could not obtain data. The company collected data between October 31 and January 1 to calculate 2022’s ranking.
AirHelp ranked these 10 airlines as the best in the world. According to their final scores, the order in which they are placed is ascending.
