When you may just want a small gathering – if you’re considering of hosting it yourself, here’s what to keep in mind.
First of all, you’re going to want to think about the capacity, and what amount of people you can actually fit into the space. Are you setting up in your own back yard? When this is the case, it could be that you need to work out how many people you can realistically fit int your home, and set the guest list from there. Or, alternatively, could you use someone else’s garden or in a local field?
From here, you’re then going to want to think about what kind of theme you can go with. Having a theme often makes your décor or food or entertainment decisions easier – because they all fit. So, think about the space, and then decide on a theme that you know will work best.
Finally, you’re also going to want to make sure that you can provide the right facilities for your guests.
